DECLARATION OF CONSENT

On all the following points, the participant declares his or her consent by uploading the photos:

1. I confirm that I have taken the photographs myself and that they represent my intellectual

property. I have all rights to the submitted works and agree to the corresponding legal granting to the Alser Culture Ground to the extent defined here. I confirm that the publication of the photographs does not infringe any rights of third parties or in the representation of persons. In this respect, I consider Alser Culture Ground to indemnify and hold harmless.
2. I agree to the exhibition of the photographs I have produced and submitted on the Alser Culture Ground website without any claim for remuneration.

3. The selected photographs are presented in the exhibition in a printed form provided by the author in A3 format latest by 13 December 2022. The further exploitation of these photographs after the exhibition at the Alser Culture Ground is the subject of the Alser Culture Ground and can, for example, be published as a part of a catalogue of the exhibition.

4. I give the owner of the Alser Culture Ground the unlimited right to use all nominated photos for the presentation of the photos on the competition page on the website.

5. The final selection of the exhibited photographs and the winner is made by Alser Culture Ground founders.
